"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

I had to search for it. I didn't notice it easily. Maybe if you pulsed it so it "distracts"? It's a flash element, yes?
The shift-grid-cropping of the photos etc.. is SUPERB. I tend to "fave" and "watch" people with talents I lack...
